Shower in blue

This custom shower presents an elegant blue spectrum with ceramic tile. The homeowners requested a playful oceanic mosaic, and we created a space that gives the illusion of one being underwater while swimming with a hunting dolphin and other fish as the sunlight pours in from above. Each detail has been meticulously executed to create a trompe-l'œil, or trick-of-the-eye. From the point of view of the bather looking into the shower the rays of light appear to emanate in straight lines from the ceiling.
